If you wish to make an in-kind contribution to “Adult Carnival” Gala, please fill out the form below, and select the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form to submit your information to us.

We welcome any gifts in-kind such as personal services, sporting event tickets, driver’s ed vouchers, home or auto services, retail gift cards, restaurant gift cards, vacation/get away vouchers, artwork, etc.  Arrangements to pick up your donation will be made as needed.
